Because each candle is custom made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections, including colors, designs, or custom text. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and work quickly to make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
